Objective

The activity was aimed at discovering few visible details that go unnoticed or of known areas of Barcelona. The Media: a class cars, overcome trials, a visit to a Cavas on the outskirts of the city, ending the day at a Michelin star restaurant and a cocktail bar on-site.




Creative concept

A start activity is supported by an actor, it gave attendees divided into groups, one containing a dossier Ipad with several questions to answer. Movement between areas of activity took place in classic cars of 50-60 years (Juaguar MK II, Roll-Royce Silver Spur III, Mercury Park Lane Convertible Buick, Cadillac Eldorado Convertible Cadillac Fleetwood Limousine) that at every stop exchanged different groups. After the effect of the activity, a degustation dinner created the environment for participant interaction and exchange of anecdotes in the afternoon.


Challenge

The path and the package that were given to the end customer were created ex novo. The route to check for changes in traffic and merge the timings of activity in Barcelona with a visit to the Cavas are crossed. The activity breathed new work of two actors, so timing compliance was essential for the optimal development of their work. During the journeys managed to keep the group together cars but activity was delayed image of the 6 cars attracted was a focus of constant attention. 


Result

The event was very grateful for the end customer. Classic cars created great impact on participants. Moreover, the management of activity coordinators generated very positive expectations: when participants were a coordinator at a standstill, news and knew there would be fun. And so it was.
