Objective

 

To create a team building activity where participants have the opportunity to get to know Barcelona in a fun and entertaining way. 


   
   

 Creative Concept

 

To create a treasure hunt, in which the group is divided into teams, and use IPads to do the challenges and meet surprises along the way.
 

 

Challenge

 

The coordination and logistics of an activity for 150 people with a very tight schedule and having only one week after the confirmation of the project for the assembly of the activity.

Offering a high-quality event and defining each detail thoroughly with the customer, with the disadvantage of the client being in Libya and the U.S.A during the decision making.

 

Result

 

Finalising the activity in the agreed time  with the client, with the complacency of the guests having had the opportunity to explore Barcelona in the active way they desired, as well as developing the bonds between co-workers whilst following brand values.
