Objective To create a first-class gala dinner after a 4-day program in Barcelona Creative concept
To produce a creative concept called ´Feel the rhythms of Spain´, where the guests can enjoy themselves, from their arrival until the end of the event, with performances based on different Spanish rhythms and traditions.
Challenge Entertaining guests of all different nationalities and cultures, by showing Spanish traditions through dance, music and visual performances. Offering a high-quality event and defining each detail thoroughly with the customer, with the disadvantage of the client being in India during the decision making.Result Making a great impact on both the guests attending the event and the final client. As well as the second agency with which we worked together in achieving this event and as a result, obtaining the responsibility of becoming collaborating partners in their events. |
