Creative Concept

To create an event in a location suitable for the networking and contact between clients.
 

To do so, a dynamic area for tasting Spanish, Catalan and French wines was offered, with independent bars, information boards, and specialised sommeliers and models to help the clients. 

 


Challenge

Setting up the event completely in 60 minutes, after the closing of Casa Batlló to the public and visitors.
 

Creating a great impact on the final client, as well as senior executives, celebrities and VIPs. Highlighting the values of elegance, sophistication and exclusivity through a unique location, exclusive catering and a selection of high quality wines.
 

Offering a high-quality event and defining each detail thoroughly with the customer, with the disadvantage of the clients being in 3 different countries during the decision making.


Result


High client satisfaction, having successfully closed 4 deals with their customers, out of the 5 anticipated at this event.

With the attainment of an immediate booking for the same location next year.
