Objective

 

Opening of the new IKEA Sabadell store. 

 

Creative Concept

 

To create an institutional event for the press, authorities and VIP guests with a final competition of a display of furniture between various celebrities and authorities.

Whilst also creating shows and activities linked to the concept of Christmas and the welcoming of customers.

 

Challenge

 

Dismantling the whole event in 10 minutes, in order to continue with the final opening of the shop.

Entertaining the customers that had been queuing since 6am for the opening at 10am.

 

Result

 

Satisfaction from the client, by achieving the objective of having the shop ready for the opening.

The satisfaction of IKEA customers, by having numerous shows, workshops and entertainment for children and adults, on such an important day.
